Color Coded is uniquely positioned to deliver value to elementary school children. "Color Coded will teach kids to code and prepare them for a future in technology." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we provide instructors from top technology firms and institutions in the country. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the teach kids how to code market. We consider our key competitors to be: Internet-self taught classes, school offered coding classes and other instructor led coding classes across the region. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Internet-self taught classes and the school offered coding classes by in-person training, questions answered in real time, applicable knowledge.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to market across the region. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to obtain office space . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 50 students by end of year Obtain at least 3 instructors by September and raise capital.
