Keyumiekreations has a clear business objective to produce Pastry, food, coffee & teas products. These products have been developed over 3 to 4 years with a core focus on addressing the customer problem,and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue, and client retention with profitable growth. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

Retain a relationship with the client is the key, See is there anything that needs improvement. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of All people.

Keyumiekreations is uniquely positioned to deliver value to All people. "Keyumiekreations will Creative baked goods that will standout in any type of event.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we can produce the same value or better. It's a passion of mine to create delicious baked goods that are very consistent. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Pastry, food, coffee & teas market. We consider our key competitors to be: Small cakes,GiGi's just to name a couple. We not only just serve sweets, but we have desserts for diabetics and gluten free.We all sell cupcakes desserts, but we want to incorporate brunch, lunch, WiFi, coffee and more. . Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bakery/ coffee shop.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Opening up a bakery in a high traffic location. . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand my brand where I will be a international company with consistent growth. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
