In order to be deliver on this value proposition, our team not only have 8 plus years of hands on experience in fashion, merchandising and styling, we also posses curriculum knowledge from a prestigious university in fashion merchandising and retail management. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Women's apparel and accessories market. We consider our key competitors to be: Charlotte Russe and Forever 21. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Charlotte Russe and Forever 21 by offering a full range of virtual styling services tailored to the consumers needs as well as a unique diversity in our inventory that is limited in quantity so it makes the consumer feel exclusive.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to to generate more revenue. To accomplish this we will develop and execute effective marketing and promotion strategies to drive sales. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand from an online store to an actual store front. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 loyal customers, hire employees, and launch a store front.
