Overview

Bn1 Plastic will produce Shredded Plastic for European plastics companies and later produce plastic granulate to support the manufacture of plastic bottles and other products. This is a new venture for Bn1 that arises as a result of exploratory conversations between Baki and Albanian friends in Netherlands. The opportunity arises because the shredding equipment is available, and we can secure the shredding and sorting equipment and initial sales in one step. Moreover, this operation is a gradient step into the plastics business that moves Bn1 toward the production of plastic granulate.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to establish a complete plastics recycling operation that begins with the collection of waste plastic from the Balkans, through the Roma and other communities as well as through government recycling programs, sorts and shreds plastic. The shredded plastic will be used as a supply for our pyrolysis is operations, for the production of fuels and products to support the production of plastic granulated. The initial operations will focus on the production of shredded plastic for EU plastic manufacturers, but will later be expanded to include the pyrolysis of the shredded plastic to create the feed stock for the plastic granulate production and and plastic preform production.
Our growth path is clearly oriented around the gradient scale addition of new products on the recycling path for plastics and the subsequent marketing of these. It is understood that costs will be associated with product development and marketing and these have been allowed for in our budget.

The Customer

Bn1 Plastics has several levels of customers.
Phase I in the business plan is focused on the production of shredded plastic for plastic companies in EU.
Initially this is XXXYY who has approached Bn1 Plastics with this opportunity. However, we will add other plastics companies as customers within 6 months.
In Phase II: Bn1 Plastic will add pyrolysis and begin using the collected shredded plastics to generate oils. The customers will be fuel purchasers and will be identified as part of the Goma Operations.
Phase III will be focused on using the plastics and fuels to support the production of plastic granulates. The customers for these operations will be the producers of plastic performs. Bn1Plastics will enter into the preform business simultaneous to the production of plastic granulates. The customers will be the numerous beverage companies in the region using plastic bottles.
The customers at each phase will be identified, developed and expanded in number via continuous exploration in the market.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Companies that require shredded plastics.

The Value Proposition

Plastic is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Companies that require shredded plastics. "Plastic will Provide shredded plastic cubes at 4,000 metrics tons per year.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we are entering the market with pre-aligned purchasers. (They must be partners??).
This relationships, existing valuable licenses, and partnership resources form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Shredded Plastic market. We consider our key competitors to be: Mitrovice plastic shredders.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Mitrovice plastic shredders by using our relationships with EU plastics producers and pre-organized purchasers..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to sell shredded plastic in bulk to plastics companies in Europe and elsewhere.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into plastic pyrolysis operations and later create plastic granulates and plastic performs in complement to the Goma business.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:
Phase I: 8000 metric tons of shredded plastic sales within 24 months of the start of facility operations.
Phase II: Euro 3,000,000 in fuel sales from plastics in 36 months.
Phase III: Start up of plastic granulate operations in 36 months.
