ThatDudeSquare Productions 1 Page Business Plan

Instrumentals/Beat Packages Business Plan

ThatDudeSquare Productions 1 Page Business Plan

Overview

ThatDudeSquare Productions has a clear business objective to produce Instrumental & Beat Package products and services. These products and services have been developed over 5 Months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

As a key component of my growth strategy I consider it critical to identify and outline my business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. My key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of my development, I consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

The Customer

ThatDudeSquare Productions has been created with a clear focus on the needs of my customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, I have validated the key customer problem as not having enough say or input for what the artist truly wants. My Beat Packages offer artist & others to either record to and perform with and/or create EP's with, at a discounted price. I offer instrumentals the same way. This is a critical issue for my selected target market of Rap & R&B Artist.

The Value Proposition

ThatDudeSquare Productions is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Rap & R&B Artist. "ThatDudeSquare Productions will provide any kind of instrumental that meets the artists rap & r&b needs.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, I have the ability to create with artist with just a little bit of humming or words; I can build & create a few full instrumentals as if I was freestyling with the artist. So in other words, the creative & recording process is easy, it makes the customer(s) happy, and the customers walk away with a better outlook on their own career. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Instrumental & Beat Packages market. We consider our key competitors to be: Zaytoven, Brian Michael-Cox, Crank Lucas, and Busy Works Beats.. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Zaytoven, Brian Michael-Cox, Crank Lucas, and Busy Works Beats. by involving the artist in the songwriting process to save them even more money and make better songs tailored to them..

Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months my focus will be to create new ideas and genres in the same process. I'm also going to build new sounds and kits for other producers & songwriters.. This task will be undertaken in the context of my broader strategy to earn enough to reinvest into my company and build a new or expanded studio (whether it be for sound design, recording, or mixing/mastering). Also, I plan to perform alongside my artist I work with closely, and create new revenue for them as well.. These strategies are a tactical implementation of my overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of my strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 1000+ customers.
Build a recording space for my own products.
Hope to have up to 10 streams of income for more opportunities in the music business.
