This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and form the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

 

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Clean Eating Meal Prep market. We consider our key competitors to be: Green Bites and companies such Blue Apron. enJoy food differs from its competitors, such as Green Bites and Blue Apron in that, the food is all fresh, natural, vibrant, appealing to the eye, ready to heat and eat meals that can be delivered to your choosen destination. Our prices are fair and within current value market with higher quality food and taste. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Green Bits and Blue Apron. We rank above our competitors because the majority of our clientele come from word of mouth. We don't have to sell ourselves to the clients our food and mouths we feed sell it for us.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months, our focus will be to AQUIRE EMPLOYEES AND TRAIN THEM IN ORDER TO EXPAND OPPORTUNITY AND NUMBERS. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Distribute clean eating food to large corporations in order to rid of vending machines. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch Protein Bars to small local businesses and large corporations such as Twitter to sell or provide to employees. Expand enJoy snacks to rid of vending machines in staff lounges. Specialize in tailored meals for patients with specific ailments and/or restricted diets.
