Overview

The Snack Bar has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute Fast foods products and services. These products and services have been developed over starting with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow profitability. It is critical that we balance revenue growth with the growth in our cost base. Whilst the desire for profitable growth may constrain our growth rate, it is more important that revenue growth in isolation.

The Customer

The Snack Bar has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as the food truck of the lakes. Once most people go out on a boat either for fishing or for fun they generally plan to make a day of it. Not many of those people pack a proper filling meal or enough to drink, ehich in itself creates the issue. When said people dock or trailer their boat and go ashore that is generally the end of their day cutting their time on the water short. My aim is to increase their days afloat and generate an income doing so with hopes of expanding.. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of Boaters and Fishers.

The Value Proposition

The Snack Bar is uniquely positioned to deliver value to Boaters and Fishers. "The Snack Bar will providing food services to those on the lake.." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we Thid unique idea has little to no competition but yet there is still a target market of people out on the lakes. Instead of making them get off the water and come to us, we will go to them.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the Fast foods market. We consider our key competitors to be: Bar and grills with docks and restrooms. I.E. bass pro shops, weekends bar and grill, ECT.... Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Bar and grills with docks and restrooms. I.E. bass pro shops, weekends bar and grill, ECT... by It eliminates the need to get out of your boat or for those who live on the lake to go through a drive thru in a new and unique way. While at the same time delivering quality service to our customers..


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Make it out every weekend and every Holiday before temps drop below 70. Granting the most opportunity for gaining a larger customer base as well as increasing profits.. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Take gained experience and customer feedback and make minor adjustments to the watercraft/store and menu. Try to cater more to who likes/desires what. . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: 500 sales reach a net income of $40k+ Obtain a second The Snack Bar vessel
