Urban Fusion has a clear business objective to distribute Food products. These products have been developed over 12 months with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

The Business Objectives

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. At this stage of our development, we consider this to be more important than profitability growth, although both are important long term objectives.

The Customer

Urban Fusion has been created with a clear focus on the needs of our customers. Through a structured customer discovery process, we have validated the key customer problem as ready made food that is hot, fresh, and ready to eat which will save people time when they're in a rush and have limited time to spare. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of fast fresh meal lovers.

The Value Proposition

Urban Fusion is uniquely positioned to deliver value to fast fresh meal lovers. "Urban Fusion will provide home made food ready to go, to fill you up while on the go.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, the food is premade and placed in steam table pans which will be labled and in view of the customers so that they can see and know what food their looking at and quickly be served. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the restaurant market. We consider our key competitors to be: Chinese, pizzeria, soul food, and chicken shack restaurants. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with Chinese, pizzeria, soul food, and chicken shack restaurants by The seasonings, fresh ingredients and love that's put into every meal that's made. .


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to cooking a mixture of great tasting ethic foods at reasonable prices to not only please the customer's appetite but also be affordable . This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand into a restaurant / lounge for casual nightlife crowds to come and enjoy good food and drinks after work hours in a decent environment . These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Obtain 100 customers daily, advertise on local tv and cable networks as well as radio, and expand into a resturant/ lounge for nightlife crowds
