Fix That Screen has a clear business objective to produce Refurbished and custom computers and smart phones. These products and services are developed with a core focus on addressing the key customer problem and associated opportunities.

When as a key component of our growth strategy we consider it critical to identify and outline our business objectives, and align these objectives with clear and measurable development milestones. Our key long term business objective is to grow revenue. Rapid revenue growth is considered the most critical and measurable business goal. This is a critical issue for our selected target market of a technology driven generation.

Fix that screen is uniquely positioned to deliver value to this technology driven generation. "Fix that screen will fix your phone quickly and at a competitive price.." In order to deliver on this value proposition, we need to be a reliable and competent person with the ability to fix your smart phone without you losing an arm and a leg.. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.

Competitors

We have a number of competitors within the refurbished and custom computers and smart phones market. We consider our key competitors to be: The apple store, mall booths, and the craigslist scamming cheapo. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with The Apple Store, mall booths, and the craigslist scammer cheapo. By being cheaper than Apple but more reliable than the craigslist cheapo.


Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to buy broken iPhones to fix and resell. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to expand my refurbishing skills to multiple phones and electronics. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Fix 5 to 10 phones a week consistently, build at least one computer a month and expand my electronics parts inventory
