This is a critical issue for our selected target market of High School and College Students.

Above Visuals is uniquely positioned to deliver value to High School and College Students. "Above Visuals will Provide affordable fashion." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we know how it is to not be able to buy something you can't afford so we want our customers to be able to buy our products at an affordable price. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have many other companies that may try to compete with us. But Above Visuals has the advantage. With affordable prices there is no way that fashion companies that have started at the same time as Above Visuals can compete.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to Release more products and acquire promoters. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Gain more customers and release more product. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Release new clothing 4 times a year and obtaining at least 200 new customers every 6 months
