We have a number of competitors within the content and digital marketing services market. We consider our key competitors to be several digital marketing firms throughout Central Florida and North East Ohio -mainly website development focused groups. Key Strategies

Over the next 6 months our focus will be to develope 4 simultaneous clients on a 6 month retainer contract at a level of ay least $1000 per month. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to Expand to at least 8 monthly retainer contracts of at least $1000 each, to hire 1 full time marketer and part time book-keeper, and to devote my full time focus to RCMS growth. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.

Milestones

Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are:

1. Obtain 4 simultaneous retainer clients with at least $2000 a month in steady Ala carte work per month over 6 month period.

2. Invoice (and collect) $100000 of revenue in 1 fiscal year.

3. Obtain 8 monthly retainer clients with at least $5000 per month in ala carte work over 6 month period.
