The Center for Relationship and Emotional Wellness has a clear business objective to develop, produce, promote and distribute relationship and emotional health products and services. These products and services have been developed based upon over 20 years of research with a core focus on addressing emotional and relationship health and wellness problems and associated opportunities.

This is a critical issue for our selected target market of men, women and children.

The Center for Relationship and Emotional Wellness is uniquely positioned to deliver value to men, women and children. "The Center for Relationship and Emotional Wellness will Provide training to improve your overall relationship and emotional health and wellness." In order to be deliver on this value proposition, we will provide psycho-educational trainings, based upon over 20 years of research by John and Julie Gottman and the Gottman Institute in collaboration with other world renown physchologists. This capability has taken considerable time and resources to develop and forms the cornerstone of our competitive advantage.
Competitors
We have a limited number of competitors within market area. We are the only locally trained Gottman educator. Our understanding of these competitors has been used to refine our strategy and value proposition. We believe that we can compete effectively with other centers in the area. Ww are the only locally trained Gottman educator by unique research based approach to improving your relationship with your spouse or child.
Key Strategies
Over the next 6 months our focus will be to prepare trainings, marketing material, meet with potential clients, create a website, Facebook and Pinterest pages. This task will be undertaken in the context of our broader strategy to acquire office space, launch monthly trainings look for two get away locations for weekend retreats. These strategies are a tactical implementation of our overall business goal as outlined above.
Milestones
Measurement of the successful implementation of our strategies will be governed by measurable development milestones. The milestones that will be achieved over the next 2 years are: Launch trainings, Open office, Develop new trainings
